TM Scotland East Kilbride & Glasgow branch are excited to be recruiting for our brand new client based in the heart of East Kilbride who are a leading provider of high-quality red meat products.

Our client is looking for 2 experienced hygiene operators to add to their team on a temp to perm basis in which you will work through TaskMaster on a probationary period and then be offered a permanent contract with our client.

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday (9pm to 5.30am) Friday (9pm to 4.30am)

Tuesday to Friday (9pm to 5.30am) Saturday (9pm to 4.30am)

You will be responsible for working with the chill production line area and your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Complete hygiene activities to company standards and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and hygiene processes.
• Support line efficiency through consistent schedule adherence.
• Maintain required records accurately.
• Comply with company policies and safe operating procedures.
• Attend work punctually and provide flexibility as needed.
• Offer proactive communication and support to team members.
• Use chemicals safely and maintain proper practices.
• Prepare for audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Enhance team performance, efficiency, and engagement.
• Invest in personal learning and support trainee development.
• Invest in personal learning and support trainee development.
• Ensure products meet food safety and brand integrity requirements.

• Accreditation in Food Hygiene equivalent to minimum level 2 or willingness to work towards it.
